Our advertising program makes financial sense whether you are a home-based, small, medium or large company.   Advertisers pay one low rate each month to be listed on NetFingers. You design the advertising plan that fits your budget.  Now you will not have to wonder how much your advertising bill will be this month.  When you advertise on NetFingers you not are paying based on impressions, click through's or other advertising schemes.  

Hot item!  NetFingers maintains a special page (Sales/Promotions button that is always on the screen) that lists sales, special offers, promotions, rebates, etc. offered by our advertisers.  We will place your sale information on this page for a minimal fee. And, at no additional cost to you, we will e-mail your sale information to all our newsletter subscribers each month.   A limited opportunity to post advertising on our electronic newsletter is available*.  This is another vital marketing tool that will contribute to the growth of your business.

Terms and Conditions

1. The business is as stated in their contract and operates in a professional manner.
2. E-commerce businesses must have a secure server application in place for handling credit card processing and other sensitive customer information.
3. Advertisers are fully responsible for the information they provide for their listing (s) and stand behind their products/services/warranties as stated on their Web site or in their product literature. We do not share in proceeds from your sales. We will consider entering into alliances with large volume firms where we will receive a percentage of income from generated sales from our link. Each alliance will be evaluated individually and NetFingers reserves the right to refuse any alliance offered.
4. NetFingers has complete authority to disapprove any site requesting to be listed. Any Web site that offers inappropriate material, strictly at NetFinger's sole discretion, will not be accepted for listing. Things that will not be listed include but are not restricted to the following:

• Any site promoting violence of any kind.
• Any site with sex or pornography content or sub-links to those sites.
• Any organization or person involved with any type of hate against others, religion, race, companies, etc.
• Any illegal activity.
• No personal or free Web pages from any source.
• Any company not legally registered to do business in their place of business.
• Any Web site acting as a front for another business or Web site.
• Any Web site that is violating copyrighted or trademarked material.

6. Any advertiser whose Web site is found not to comply with these Terms and Conditions will be removed immediately. There will be no refunds for any months remaining on the listing.
7. Your ads will be online within 3 business days of receipt of materials. Every attempt will be made to list rush sale or other informational postings. We will do everything possible to post it by your start date. See ad format section for requirements.
8. You must specify the main category you want listed under. additional category links return to the main category. For example – airlines will also be shown under travel, vacations, etc., all linking back to the airline page listings. We will create a new category if none fits your specific needs. 
9. Payments must be made within 20 days of electronic or faxed invoice or interest will accrue at 1 ½ % percent per month on the balance. Accounts failing to pay within 30 days will be removed from the site with the full balance owing. Listings will be re-posted upon payment. Continued delinquency after 60 days on unpaid accounts will be pursued and may be reported to credit reporting agencies.
10. There are no setup fees to place your listing on NetFingers. For this reason refunds are not made if cancelled after posting.
11. Advertisers submitting material to NetFingers for listing agree that they currently and in the future comply with these Terms and Conditions. Advertisers changing their business practices that causes them not to comply with these Terms and Conditions should contact us by e-mail and discuss their change for continued compliance and listing.

Changes:

NetFingers reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be available for review on this site. Each advertiser is responsible for reviewing these changes and e-mailing  webmaster@NetFingers  with any questions.
